What we collect

• Telegram sign-in: your Telegram account number, name, username and photo.
• Google or email sign-in: your email address, name and photo from Google (if any). Passwords are stored hashed; we never see them.
• What you add in settings: display name, country, and an address if you choose to write one.
• Your connection address (IP) and visit time, to prevent duplicate accounts and abuse.
• Your questions to the bot, your support conversations, and your reviews and their photos.

How we use it

• To run your account and daily limits and to answer your questions and support requests.
• To stop one person from holding several accounts and to protect the site.
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who sees your data

Approved reviews are shown to members with your display name and country (or as “Member” if you choose to hide your name). Everything else is seen only by the admin team, according to their permissions.

Retention

Bot and support conversations are kept for 6 months and then deleted automatically. Account data is kept while your account exists.

Deleting your account

Message the admin through the support section on the site or on Telegram and we will delete your account and its data.
